Yenegoa Province is a province in the Republic of Biafra. Yenegoa as well as other provinces and towns in the old eastern Nigeria forms and make up the Biafra territory.

Ekwenga,  before the creation of the southern protectorate and its amalgamation with the northern protectorate by Frederick Luggard, was the capital of Biafra. Trade relations with the foreign merchants, Business within Biafra, Security for the territories of Biafra, the administration of Biafra consisting of Biafran chiefs and recognized heads of ethnic groups then before 1912 meet at Ekwenga to smoothly oversea the affairs and growth of Biafra.

Biafra officially was declared an independent  state in 1967 by Colonel Dim Odumegwu Ojukwu, and Biafra enjoyed her freedom amidst the onslaught by the Nigerian armed forces and reigned until 1970 when the independence of Biafra seized. Yenegoa Province during the war had native administrators and Biafran soldiers who fought very hard to maintain and sustain the independence of Biafra.

Recently Mazi Nnamdi Kanu "decreed there is no longer South South or South East Nigeria, it shall be known as Biafra."

The above history is to enlighten us before we give reply to this fellow who is sounding ignorant, in disagreement to the above mentioned, and displaying hatred for his true identity.
