SNN Biafra News Update | Mazi Nnamdi Kanu to take legal action against WAEC for issuing a forged Late Muhammadu Buhari WAEC certificate to an Impostor Aminu Jubril.

The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, yesterday, November 2nd, 2018 announced his disapproval of the latest act of the West African Examinations Council (WAEC) in issuing an attestation and confirmation to Muhammadu Buhari's 1961 acclaimed result. He called the certificate a fraud.

He stated it clearly that "I have this evening informed our lawyers in West Africa to commence immediate legal action against West African Examinations Council (WAEC) for issuing a fraudulent certificate to the Sudanese impostor in Aso Rock pretending to be the late dictator Major Gen. Muhammadu Buhari."

Muhammadu Buhari (or Impostor Aminu Jubril) received a WAEC attestation result yesterday 2nd November, 2018 from the Registrar of the West African Examinations Council (WAEC), after over 2 years of been the President and GCFR of Nigeria. He is took over office of the President from Fmr. President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan in 2015 to become the President of Nigeria without a valid WAEC certificate.

"Today I received the attestation and confirmation of my 1961 West African School Certificate (WASC) Examination result, from the Registrar of the West African Examinations Council (WAEC). It was also an opportunity for me to thank WAEC for upholding its integrity over the years." Muhammadu Buhari.

So many Nigerians are saying the result is poor and does not say good of a supposed President of Nigeria, of a presumed  giant of Africa (Nigeria) and Nigerians. A giant of Africa  indeed with an O' level certificate President. While others in the camp of Buhari are happy he has been issued a WAEC certificate anyways whether it be fake or real.

Biafrans are with a very strong opinion that whether a fake certificate or not, Muhammadu Buhari is dead and the man who is receiving the certificate is an impostor. They believe the certificate is a fraud meant to hide the glaring facts that he is an impostor in Aso Rock impersonating the late Muhammadu Buhari.

Today by 6pm the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu who announced in early 2017, that Muhammadu Buhari died in January 27th, 2017 of his illness and was hurriedly buried with Nigerians been denied knowledge of his death by the Presidency and the Senate of Nigeria; will be live on Radio Biafra London 102.1FM to substantiate his claims with DNA and pictorial evidences exposing the Sudanese impostor Aminu Jubril.

If Mazi Nnamdi Kanu provides convincing evidences showing the President of Nigeria to truly be an impostor, will Nigerians (those unaware of this fact or not involved) take legal actions against the Impostor? Considering the Nigerian Criminal Code Act provision on "Personation" from Chapter 46 Section 484-489.  Chapter 46. Section 484 in this chapter provides that – "Any person who, with intent to defraud any person, falsely represents himself to be some other person, living or dead, is guilty of a felony, and is liable to imprisonment for three years. If the representation is that the offender is a person entitled by will or operation of law to any specific property and he commits the offence to obtain such property or possession thereof, he is liable to imprisonment for fourteen years."

Similarly, as provided in Section 487 of the Act, "any person whom a document has been giving to certify him for some certain privileges and proceeds to give such document to another with the intention that the other person presents himself as qualified to bear such document is guilty of a felony and liable to imprisonment for 3 years."

Aminu Jubril impersonating Late Muhammadu Buhari, might face 3 years or more in prison. Using a certificate belonging to Muhammadu Buhari could bag him another 3 years or more.

Will the international community, United Nations, UK Parliament, The White House, The Knesset - הכנסת and Nigerian Senate apprehend and reprimand this impostor (who is now privy to classified files, meetings, conversations only a true President is privilege of having) according to laws on impersonation?

Time will tell.  At 16:00 hours (6pm BT) the unraveling of the mystery in Aso Rock with parties to it will commence.
