President Paul Biya is killing fellow Africans with impunity to protect his interest and that of France.

But here in Anambra, they collect levies from wheelbarrow pushers, from those selling pepper, morning levy, afternoon levy, evening levy, shop to shop collecting different kind of levies and taxation.
