October 16th, 2019.  The essence of collecting different levies and taxation in the market is to equip that market with necessities, make sure the whole market is protected from any attack. But here in Anambra, they collect levies from wheelbarrow pushers, from those selling pepper, morning levy, afternoon levy, evening levy, shop to shop collecting different kind of levies and taxation.
