EVALUATING THE CHALLENGES TO FATHOM THE SOLUTION.

Roadside Business [street Hawking]:

Overview:
Markets, Departmental stores, Lock up stores, Shops (offline and online), Stalls, Open trade fair centers are recognize avenues or places of trade exchange. A government of a state ensures citizens are provided with such avenues, or give assistance or consensus to those citizens who wish to build such avenues for the purpose of buying and selling.

Harmful effect:
Street Hawking or roadside businesses are detrimental to the internal beauty of the streets in a city, and to the wellbeing of the citizens who are exposed to littered waste and noise pollutions, road accidents, child abuse and abduction. It constitutes 60% to the environmental pollutions of the streets in a city leading to blockage of the available drainage systems (if available).

Possible causes:
Inability of the government of a state to provide the citizen with the aforementioned could lead to street Hawking. It is a known fact that rural-urban migration is a major reason to why there are so many road side businesses in the cities. The urgent and dire needs of the people to survive amidst hardship  is the driving force to this situation. Unemployment can not be exempted too. Non payment of salaries, deprivations, no good policies for the citizens, high taxation rate, and other reasons all are contributing factor to this derelict situation.

Proffered Solution:
Maybe Good governance from a government for the people [not against them] (including provision of the above avenues), sound policies, availability of a sound judiciary system, security, etc can see an end to this situation.
