The government of Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador all of central america have failed to curtail or stop the mass caravan of their citizens (migrants) making it up to Mexico from where they hope to cross over legally, illegally or seek asylum in the United States of America. Donald Trump venting off his anger and disappointment towards these Central American governments took to his official tweeter handle to say the following: "Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador were not able to do the job of stopping people from leaving their country and coming illegally to the U.S. We will now begin cutting off, or substantially reducing, the massive foreign aid routinely given to them."
