Levies are paid to equip with fire fighting equipments and protect the market from attack - Radio Biafra.

October 16th, 2019.  The essence of collecting different levies and taxation in the market is to equip that market with necessities, make sure the whole market is protected from any attack. But here in Anambra, they collect levies from wheelbarrow pushers, from those selling pepper, morning levy, afternoon levy, evening levy, shop to shop collecting different kind of levies and taxation. October 16th, 2019.  Making billions upon billions of Nigerian naira from traders yet cannot use the money to protect the business of our people by setting up standby and standard fire fighter service dept knowing very well that anything can happen.
